This return policy applies to custom embroidery, patches and appliqué orders from Khalryonzak, a clothing decoration business at 56 B Fifteenth Avenue, Tauranga South, Tauranga 3112, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand (NZ). Because our clothing decoration (embroidery, patches, appliqué on caps, jackets, hoodies, workwear and accessories) is made to your design, we have the following policy. We operate from Tauranga and serve customers across New Zealand.

Custom orders

Items made to your specification (including your logo, text or design on caps, jackets, hoodies, polo shirts, workwear or other garments) cannot be resold by us. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom-decorated clothing and accessories unless there is a fault in our workmanship. This applies to all embroidery, patch and appliqué orders placed in New Zealand. Our clothing decoration services are carried out at our Tauranga South, Bay of Plenty studio for customers throughout NZ.

Faults

If there is a clear fault in the embroidery, patch or appliqué (e.g. significant stitching errors, wrong placement, or defective materials), please contact us at 56 B Fifteenth Avenue, Tauranga South, Tauranga 3112, New Zealand, with details and photos. We will work with you to correct the issue or, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund for the faulty item. We serve customers across New Zealand (NZ) from our Tauranga studio. Approval

We may send a proof or sample where possible for your embroidery, patch or appliqué order. Once you approve and we proceed, the clothing decoration order is considered confirmed.
